Shipping and Returns Policy
Our store works with international suppliers, and products are shipped directly to the customer after order confirmation. For this reason, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, customs procedures, and carrier operations.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be slightly longer.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time usually ranges from 7 to 30 business days, though this may change based on the destination country and the chosen shipping method. In some cases, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs, local transport, weather conditions, or logistical issues.
Tracking Information
Once a tracking number becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase after the order has been processed and shipped. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the carrier's system.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address before completing the purchase. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns
If a customer receives a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, they must contact us within 30 days of receipt, providing the order number and clear photos of the product. After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include an exchange or a refund, where applicable.
Since products are shipped directly by international suppliers, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference, except where required by law or in specific cases authorized by the store.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. The processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or the customer's bank.
